Darlene Co-Founded CharlesChase Group in New York in 2009 and has over 20 years of experience. She has conducted searches in Investment Banking to Traditional/Alternative Investment Management to Private Equity and Technology. Before leaving to form CharlesChase Group, Darlene was a Partner at Rhodes Associates and Co-Headed the Global Banking and Markets Practice. Prior to joining Rhodes Associates, she was a Director at the Whitney Group. Darlene began her career on Wall Street as a Fixed Income Trader at Drexel Burnham Lambert and Smith Barney. Darlene holds a B.S. in Biology from Syracuse University.

Pat Wieser

Pat Co-Founded CharlesChase Group and is a veteran of executive recruitment for finance, with over 25 years of experience in global capital markets. She was previously a partner at Rhodes Associates and Co Headed the Global Banking and Markets Practice. Prior to joining Rhodes, she was a partner in the New York office of Russell Reynolds Associates. Prior to her career in executive search, Pat was a banker in Corporate Finance and Syndications. She holds a B.A. from Skidmore College.
